The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
The product is not as described or does not match the design you ordered
The product is lost in transit and does not arrive within the estimated delivery time
Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that the refund amount may vary depending on the reason for the return.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for the following items:
Products that have been personalized or customized
Digital products that have been downloaded
Gift cards
Cancellation Policy
Since each product is made on-demand, cancellations can only be made before production begins. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@madebyfaith.co
